If the yield of the dish has been adjusted the flash report will retain the original yield and divide this in terms of the quantity of sales. If this has happened the only way to correct the consumption report in advanced stock would be to multiply the sales in the flash by the original yield value.
To update the sales manually in the flash:
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.Click into Flash Reports.
Click into Site Reports.
Edit the Flash.
Dish Sales tab.
Locate the date of the sales
Click the Date button this will open up the column for editing.
Adjust the Sale Quantity.
Click Save Changes.
