To remove unwanted dishes from the flash report please follow the below steps:
Click into the Admin Cogs

Click into Flash Reports.
Click into Sites and Edit the flash.
Click into the Dishes tab.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and enter a Numerical Value for the number of days since the last publish and click delete.
This will display all dishes which will be removed and click Ok to complete the task.
