If you need to see all products that you have in a mini market, it is possible to export the full product list onto an excel file. This will show both Active and Inactive Products in the mini market.
📌 Notes:
The value 0 indicates inactive and 1 indicates active.
The value FALSE indicates inactive and TRUE indicates active.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top. Click Mini Markets, then click Import and Export.
Locate the export settings section and using the check boxes select the mini markets to include in the export.
Click Export Products.
The following columns are editable:
Is Active column R.
Nominal Code column S.
Department Code column T.
Tax Relief Code column U.
Allow Substitution column V.
Allow Back Issue column W.
Has Supplier Limitations column X.
Green flag column AA.
Blue flag column AB.
Red flag column AC.
Market code column AE.
Save the file to your device and navigate back to the same page in Procure Wizard.
Locate the import settings section and click Select File.
Once the file is selected from your device click Import.
