Automatically move orders from Checked and Balanced to Completed

You can update Supplier settings to ensure orders move automatically from Checked and Balanced to Completed.

You can amend the Order Management settings for your Suppliers to ensure orders moved from Checked and Balanced to Completed. This eliminates admin work as the system will automatically move orders that have passed the 2- or 3-way checks. To set this up you would follow the below steps:

πŸ“Œ Note: If you do not have access to Manage Suppliers or cannot Edit a Supplier then please contact your Head Office or Super User.

Select a specific site

Unit settings automatically set the Units to HQ by default, if you wish to select a specific site, you will need to select the option from the drop-down list. To update follow the below.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs icon.

  2. Click Suppliers, then click Manage Suppliers.

  3. Search for relevant supplier and click on Edit.

  4. Click on the Order Mgt tab.

  5. Under Order Settings, select the Unit from the drop-down list to which the setting applies to then update the setting below.


Update the orders settings

To update the setting for the orders, follow the below

  1. Log in to Procure Wizard.

  2. Click the Admin Cogs icon., then click Suppliers.

  3. Click Manage Suppliers.

  4. Locate your Supplier on the Current Tab.

  5. Click the Magnifying Glass, then click Order Mgt.

  6. Select Automatically Move Checked and Balanced to Completed.

  7. Click Save.
