Order auto push settings

How to auto push orders through. Reasons why the status log showing auto push and a user is unable to perform this action.

Written by Cristian Bolba

It is possible in the portal to Auto Push Orders to the next available status after they have sat in a specific status for a long time. This can be done per supplier and it is something that is actioned on the Customer Side of the portal. The below steps will show how to set this up and can only be actioned by users who have the permissions to access Manage Suppliers (generally Head Office or Super users).

  1. Open Procure Wizard.

  2. At the top, click the Admin Cogs icon.

  3. Click Suppliers then Manage Suppliers.

  4. Select the supplier and click Edit.

  5. On the Order Mgt tab, update the Order Status Auto Settings by ticking which status the order has to be moved from and after how many days. This can be done for more than one status at any given time.

  6. At the bottom, click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: When viewing the status log of an order that has been auto pushed and it will always use the last persons name as a reference point so you may see a user without the role permission to action this.
