Please note, you can only move orders through the system if you are a Superuser. If you do not have the permissions, please contact your Superuser directly.
Use the search bar to locate Order.
Click the Status Log tab.
Scroll down to Force Status Change.
Change Status as required.
Update order.
πNote: If you are a Head Office unit or a super-user, you can restrict/giving the access for an user from roles: Admin Cogs
> Organization Administration > Roles > Permissions > Order management > Tick / untick Change order status and unlock.
