It is currently not possible to add the delivery policy or delivery terms and conditions to each order that is sent as plain text. The below are options that are possible.
Send a copy of the policy to each of your suppliers.
Create a webpage for the policy document and add this URL using the below steps.
Log into Procure Wizard.
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar and click into Organisation Administration.Click into Sites and Edit the site.
Under the Delivery Settings section add the URL to the Additional Notes section and click Save.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each site.
