An existing site can be moved in the structure by updating the parent site the site is connected too, this is applicable if sites arranged geographically or by brand whereby you have multiple red buildings.
📌 Notes:
If a site is not connected to a red building, then the order and credits within the site will not be searchable from the head office red building.
If a site is not connected to a parent site, it will not have the GLN code which is essential for all outbound EDI orders to contain.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Purchaser Administration, then click Sites.
Use the filter box to locate the site, then click the Edit
icon.
Stay on the details tab and using the parent site list select the new site.
Click Update to save any changes.
