Procure Wizard

Depending on the contract type, each customer will have a set number of Support Users - these users may contact the support team when needed. To find out who your Support Users are - this can be found in the following location in Procure Wizard.

Access to live chat support in Procure Wizard is restricted to designated Support users within your organization. If you are not listed as a Support user, you will not be able to use the live chat feature.

Click into the Question mark ? in the top right.

The pop-up box will list your support users.
