Depending on the contract type, each customer will have a set number of Support Users - these users may contact the support team when needed.
To find out who your Support Users are - this can be found in the following location in Procure Wizard.
Log into Procure Wizard.
Click into the Question mark ? in the top right.
The pop-up box will list your support users.
