When there are VAT percentage changes, these can be mirrored in your Menu easily by following the below steps below.
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon along the top toolbar.Click into Menus, Dishes & Recipes.
Click into Manage EPOS.
Click into the Import/Export tab.
Select the menus you wish to update and click Export button.
Open the Excel sheet and update Column J to the desired VAT rate.
Save the file and head back into Procure Wizard.
Select the saved file by clicking the Select File button.
Complete the update by clicking the Import button.
To update single dish
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon along the top toolbar.Click into Menus, Dishes & Recipes.
Click on Manage Dishes.
Search for relevant dish.
Click Edit.
Click on Menu Prices tab.
Select the tax rate drop down to select new.
