A favorites list can be created from two areas, both are shown below.
Create a favorites list from the dashboard
From the Dashboard, click Create Favorite.
Enter, set and or select the following settings:
Display Name.
Description - not a required field.
Select Sort Type - default is the order you added them.
Show Alternatives.
Share through department.
Select the Mini Market.
Click Create.
Creating a favorites list from within the basket
Log into Procure Wizard.
Open a Basket / Mini Market.
Click Manage My Favorites.
Click the button Add Favorites List.
Enter, set and or select the following settings:
Display Name.
Description (not a required field).
Select Sort Type (default is the order you added them).
Show Alternatives.
Share through department.
Select the Mini Market.
Click Create.
📌 Notes:
There isn't functionality to upload products on masse to the favorites list.
You will also be set to set par stock levels of items on the right-hand side.
The system selects the cheapest supplier, so user is adding the PID to the favorites not the SKU code. It would always select the cheapest supplier. You have the option to select to another supplier.
Once created, you will be able to add products using the Love Heart symbol which appears next to each product in the basket area.
