You can automatically share favorites to users centrally through the mini market, or at a locally through a shared department. Both options push the favorite list into the related user's profile so they can view and use but cannot edit.
Share through mini market using a user ID
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Mini Markets, then Manage Mini Markets.
Locate the mini market and click Edit to access.
Stay on the details tab and locate the order placing section.
Locate the setting share favorites from user ID and enter the user ID, this should be the user ID of the person who has or will be creating the favorite lists.
Click Save Settings to confirm any changes.
Share through related department
Once set the favorite list will appear for any user connected to the same department within that site and connected to the same mini market, if the setting does not appear check the role permission "can share favorites through departments" is turned on for the user.
Click Manage Favourites from the main dashboard.
Locate the favorite and click Edit to access.
Locate the setting share through departments and use the check box to activate or deactivate.
Click Save Settings.
