It is possible to share approval structures across multiple Mini Markets from a central location or a Mini Market. This can save time when numerous Mini Markets are required for the same Department or Area of your business. You are able to do this by following the steps below:
Click the Admin Cogs icon.
Click Mini Markets.
Click Manage Mini Markets.
Edit the relevant Mini Market.
Use the Share User Permissions drop-down and select the required existing Mini Market.
Click Update.
The User tab will be removed, and the users and the approvals setup of the existing Mini Market will now be active in this Mini Market.
