When accessing the missing cost price warnings and the pop up appears blank you can find these products by running the below report.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.Click Advanced Stock, then Site Reports.
Select the Stock Take Site Summary report.
Select the Site / Outlet / Period that matches the stock take.
Click the Run button.
Once you have opened the spreadsheet:
Apply a Filter to the entire sheet.
Filter Column M to show products without a Price N/A for example.
Filter Column AB & AC to display any lines with closing values
This will display any product that has been counted and is missing a Selling & Cost price which then needs to be fixed in the Selling & Cost Price Folder.
