Use the Access Digital Assistant
To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the steps below.
In Procure Wizard for Suppliers, click the Access Digital Assistant
icon in the bottom right-side of the screen.
Click Send us a message.
Select the category you'd like help with, then select the specific query.
Review the answer and suggested guides.
Confirm whether the answer has resolved your query
If your query is answered, click the thumbs up 👍 icon.
If this hasn't resolved your query, click the thumbs down 👎 icon for further options.
