Filtering for stock items, dishes or recipes in advanced stock consumption or stock tab

If you need to filter the stock or consumption page in a stock take by dish, recipe or stock item, you can do this within a couple of simple steps.

It's possible to filter the page by entering key words, the below shows you the page and what to enter.

  1. At the top of the page, click the Admin Cog Icon.

  2. On the left of the dashboard, click Advanced Stock Controls.

  3. Click into Stock Taking and Edit the stock take required.

  4. Click into either Stock or Consumption tab and in the Filer Box enter the below key words:

    • Dish to see all dishes.

    • Recipe to see all recipes.

    • Stock to see all stock items.
