Add information to a dish or recipe

If you need to add the method, mes en place, critical control point (CCP) or to a dish or recipe, you can do this within a couple of simple steps.

The following steps will guide you to page set the:

  • Method.

  • Mes en place.

  • Critical control point (CCP).

  • Front of house preparation.

Dishes:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs on top of page, then Menus, Dishes and Recipes.

  2. Click Manage Dishes, locate the dish and click the Edit button.

  3. Click the Info tab.

  4. Add the relevant Information, in the required fields

    • Method.

    • Mes en place.

    • Critical control point (CCP).

    • Front of house preparation.

  5. Click the Save Changes button.

Recipes:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs on top of page, then Menus, Dishes and Recipes.

  2. Click Manage Batch Recipes, locate the dish and click the Edit button.

  3. Click the Info tab.

  4. Add the relevant Information, in the required fields

    • Method.

    • Mes en place.

    • Critical control point (CCP).

    • Front of house preparation.

  5. Click the Save Changes button.
