To set a default critical control point CCP, please follow the below steps:
📌 Note: Access to this page requires the role permission manage for company activated and attached to the head office building.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon at top of the page.Click Menus, Dishes and Recipes, then click General Settings.
Enter the critical control point (CCP) statement in Default Critical Control Point text box.
Click the Save Changes button and the bottom of the page to confirm any changes.
