If an user is receiving email alert notification requests to Advanced Stock Takes when they shouldn't be, check the permission's enabled on the Role the user is attached to. Providing you have access to Roles under Organisation Administration please follow the below steps
Go to the Admin Cogs
icon.Click on Organisation Administration
Click on Roles
Edit the relevant Role
Click on Permission's tab
Click on Advanced Stock Take on left hand side menu
Go to settings under header Stock Taking
Untick Receive Lock Request Emails box
Click on Update to save changes
