To view the time and date an order was created please follow the below steps:
In the search bar, type the related Order Number.
On the Details tab, scroll down to Order Name.
The Date and Time shown here show when the basket was created.
📌 Notes:
A basket can be created in advance of the order being sent, but a basket containing products will only be saved for 2 weeks, and then will be automatically deleted.
Products held in an open basket will update their price as new prices are accepted.
