If you have an account export ID that doesn't appear under your normal Accounts Export and you have other export options available under the menu, it could have been mistakenly exported under the wrong account.
To check which export this was exported under, follow the steps below:
Click on Accounts Export tab then click on the Account Export.
Click on the name of the Past account export at the top.
Search for ID number in the search field.
Depending on access, once the ID is found, reset the Accounts Export.
