Experiencing Change Module

Security and freedom are two vital elements of our everyday lives, but when a sudden change occurs it can affect the balance between the two. This module explores the seven steps of the change process, known as the change curve and looks at the importance of separating imagined fear from reality in order to adapt to change.

Although it’s important to select a leadership style that works best for you, it’s recommended that you adopt a flexible approach as research shows that managing your team in accordance with their individual needs creates a more motivated, engaged and effective group. Food Safety Hazards

This course explores hazards in relation to food safety. We will explore biological, chemical and physical contamination in the food chain and look at ways to manage the risk of exposure to each of these hazards. Furthermore, we will look at who is responsible for the safety of food.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a piece of European Legislation designed to reflect technological advances and improve data protection that will impact organisations around the world. This module looks at how GDPR affects your organisation and the procedures you’ll need to follow to ensure compliance.

Mental Health Module

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing. This module will explore the importance of recognising and treating mental health with the same emphasis as physical health.

The objectives of this course are to help you become aware of different mental health conditions. Learn which groups are more vulnerable to mental health conditions and explore the difference between common and complex mental health conditions.

Phishing

Phishing emails are the most common way for attackers to steal sensitive information or launch cyber-attacks. This area contains an interactive eLearning module, a game and a summary document (PDF). 

This learning area will provide you with:

  • Knowledge of what phishing is and how it can be used – and by who – in cyber-attacks

  • Understand how to recognise phishing emails and attacks and avoid being successfully attacked.

  • Guidance on practical steps to take to reduce the risk of being targeted by phishing attacks.

In this module we look at why people are working remotely and the benefits it can bring for both individuals and organisations.

Access LMS - Administrator - Certified

Learn the basics of being an Access LMS Administrator. Workstation Setup

In this module, you’ll be covering the importance of assessing your working environment, so you can ensure that you aren’t putting yourself at any risk.

At the end of the course, trainees will:

  • Correctly set up your workstations

  • Arrange your Evo to best suit them

  • Recognise the value of correct posture

  • Understand the importance of taking regular breaks

  • Position and use Display Screen Equipment (DSE) safety
