To produce a list of products in your store room or cellar you can print of export this in 2 ways depending on the setup of advanced stock.
Outlet current holding stock
📌 Note: if the setting ignore holding stock is activated then you will not see the current holding stock value please use the stock take option.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Advanced Stock Controls, then click Outlets and Stores.
Locate the outlet and click the Edit
icon to access.
Click the Products tab.
To print the page hold CTRL+P on your keyboard or click file and print on your browser.
Last stock take closing values
Click the Admin Cogs
Click Advanced Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.
Locate the stock take and click the Edit
Remain on the stock tab which displays the products and opening quantity.
