To turn on the ability is a 2-stage process which is outlined below:
Activating the general setting
At the top, click the Admin Cogs
icon.
Click Menus, Dishes & Recipes, then click General Settings.
Check the box Allow Suppression of Allergens, and click Save Changes.
Activating the role permission
At the top, click the Admin Cogs
icon.
Click Organisation Administration, then click Purchaser Roles.
To select the required role click Edit, then click into the Permissions tab.
Select the Menus and Dishes option. from the left.
Check the box for the permission Can Suppress Allergens and click Save Changes at the bottom.
