If you are not able to access products from a certain supplier that was previously attached to the mini market, check the below notes. You will require access to Organization Administration section, if not, please contact your internal Head Office to assist.
Supplier Groups
Check the supplier has been assigned to the supplier group refer to full steps here Create and manage supplier groups.
Mini markets
In order for products to pull through to the mini market, the supplier must be attached, to check these settings please refer to the steps Manage supplier connections within mini markets.
Associated Sites
It is essential that sites are attached to the supplier price list in order for products to appear in the relevant mini markets. You can view those attached:
Click on Admin Cogs
icon.Click on Suppliers and then Manage Suppliers.
Edit relevant Supplier.
Click on Associated Sites tab.
Any price list attached will be listed here.
