This setting allows for multiple approval matrixes to exist within in one mini market at a specific site, for example where you have multiple departments all using the same mini market, but each department needs to have a specific approver. Before switching this setting on you need to be already using departments and these departments must be attached to the relevant users and mini markets.
To activate this setting in the mini market please follow the below steps:
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top tool bar.Click Mini Markets, then Manage Mini Markets.
Edit the mini market, and stay on the Details tab.
Open the sub section on the details tab titled Approval Options.
Check the box Restrict approvals through department, then click Save Settings.
