Attach user to a mini market

You can manage the users attached to a mini market within a few simple steps, this also resolves the error message: No Valid Approver.

For users to place orders, you need to attach them to the required mini markets. If they don't have an approval limit to place the order, another user with the relevant limit must approve the order. To attach a user to a mini market or a add a mini market to a user, follow the steps below.

  • Mini markets are attached to users and not directly to a site or venue, when attaching the user to the mini market and the user is connected to multiple sites the option is at this point to decide which site the user is being connected for.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Mini Markets, then click Manage Mini Markets.

  3. Locate the mini market and click the Edit button, then click the Users tab.

  4. Click the button Attach User.

  5. From the purchaser user list, select the user.

  6. From the purchaser site list, select the site or all sites.

  7. Set the permissions and limits as required:

    • Can Create Orders.

    • Can Deliver Orders.

    • Can Cancel Orders.

    • Included in Chained Approval.

    • Lower Order Limit.

    • Upper Order Limit.

  8. Click the button Attach User to Mini Market to confirm.
