You can ignore PID’s in the system for items you do not wish to affect your flash. For example, Sauce sachets. If PLU/ Epos code are added to the ignore list then the sale isn't hitting the flash therefore the sale isn't impacting advanced stock by deducting that sales qty.
Log into Procure Wizard.
At the top, click the Admin Cogs
icon.
On the left, click Flash reports.
On the left, click Import Rules.
On the right, click Add a rule.
At the top, type a title for the Rule.
Add your PID’s on a line each or as a sequence.
At the bottom, click Create.
