If a dish sale appears as an error, this indicates the dish quoted isn't in the related flash report.
To find the cause and resolve the error, allowing you to add or publish the dish to the flash report, follow the list below.

Reprocess the flash report
This picks up amendments that may have already occurred.
Dishes and menus
This ensures there's a dish with the quoted Epos/PLU code.
If the dish doesn't exist, create a new dish.
To assign the Epos/PLU code, attach the dish to a menu.

Check the site / till is active in the publish profile.
Check the publish profile runs daily.

If the sale is unwanted in the flash or stock take, add the Epos/PLU code to an ignore rule.
