If a file has been sent in or manually imported that was for test purposes and you do not want it displayed in the table - the file can be hidden by suppressing the folder. To do this please follow these steps:
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.Click Flash Reports then Import Sales.
Check the Box in the left column within the table for the file/s you wish to suppress.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click Suppress File button.
You can still access these files by clicking the Suppressed view at the top of the page.
