To manually upload sales, revenue etc into a flash report you need to ensure the file is in our template as per the example file available on the system, this file can be downloaded here:
Log into Procure Wizard, at the top of the page click the Admin Cogs
icon.
On the left, click Flash Reports, then click into Import Sales.
Click the link for Example File. This exports a CSV file of the template to edit and import.
The file can update the following sections of the flash report:
Flash headers
Revenue.
Forecast.
Petty Cash.
Stock Transfer Out.
Stock Transfer In.
Allowances.
Budget Net Revenue.
Budget Gross Profit.
Dish Sales:
Dish Sales.
Dish Forecast.
Dish Price.
Dish Target GP.
📌 Note:
If using custom headers these can also be updated via this file, to do this in column B of the template file you would use the ID code of the custom header found in the left hand column of the custom header table.
