Auto populate the flash with the actual net revenue calculated from the imported sales file

If you want the flash report to be automatically populated with an actual net revenue value, you can do this within a few simple steps.

For the system to automatically produce and populate this row in the Flash Report the following option needs to be ticked the Flash Report.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Flash Reports, then Site Reports.

  3. Edit the Flash Report, then check the setting Automatically Refresh Daily Net Revenue.

  4. Click Save Settings at the bottom.

This will calculate the actual net revenue total from the imported / received daily sales file from your till provider based on the successful sales.
