Managing user access to product monitors

If you need to limit which product monitors a user sees, you can do this within a few simple steps.

To limit an user's view of which product monitors they see when viewing the monitors can be done by attaching a user and or role to the monitors.

Example would be attaching the food role to the food monitors therefore removing any beverage or consumable monitors from the user's view.

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click into Product Monitors and into Monitors.

  3. Edit the monitor and click into User/ Roles tab.

  4. Select the user and or role and click the Add button to save.
