Adding a custom product onto the invoice

How to I add a custom product on the invoice. I don't have the option to select custom product. I only have the option to add a catalogue product.

When processing invoices on Procure Wizard and a one off product needs to be added please see the below steps:

  1. Log into Procure Wizard.

  2. Locate the Order and click into the Invoice tab.

  3. Click the Alter button at the bottom of the invoice.

  4. Click the Custom Product button.

  5. Fill out the required fields and click Create and the product will be added to the bottom of the invoice.

If the option to add a custom product does not display in the invoice tab after clicking the alter button, this is because the customer has restricted the ability as they do not want to use custom products. In this instance you must create the product first and then use the add catalogue product button to then add the product to the invoice tab.
