There are a couple of settings that you will need to check have been enabled. Follow the below steps to ensure these options have been selected.
Supplier Settings
Click on Manage Suppliers.
Click on Ad Hoc Supplier.
Click Magnifying Glass to view the Suppliers listed or Mini Market.
Mini Market Settings
Search for the relevant mini market.
Click Edit tab.
Scroll to Order Placing.
Search for ''Share ad hoc suppliers across units'' option and tick this option.
