Once a lead time has been set on a product, when the customer is placing an order, it will split the basket into multiple orders corresponding to when each product can be delivered.
β οΈ Important: This feature only works for customers using the new ordering portal.
Click Price Lists.
Click Product Search.
Locate the product by entering the SKU, PID or Key Word.
Stay on the details and locate the product settings section and update the following settings:
Lead time (days): select days from the drop-down option, it will add additional delivery days to the order.
Example: if product is set as 0 this will then go to the next available delivery date, 1 day set will be delivered on the 2nd available delivery date, 2 days will be delivered on the 3rd available delivery date.Lead time cut off override.
Click Save Settings to confirm any changes.

This can only be updated on screen 1 product at a time.
