You will require access to Scan Destinations and General settings, if you do not have access, please contact your Head Office or Superuser to update for you. When entering a new email address to MP Scan it must be entered within the scan destinations and the general settings otherwise the scan will fail to send.
To enter the Email Address in the scan destinations
Please follow the below steps:
Click on the Admin Cogs.
Select MP Scan.
Click on Scan Destinations.
Locate and Edit the destination required.
Enter the email address within the Email Address box.
Click Update.
To Update the General Settings
Please follow the below steps:
Click Admin Cogs.
Select MP Scan.
Click on General Settings.
The full email address can be entered, alternatively if you own the domain, you can enter enter the end of the email address that has been added to the scan destination, *@test.co.uk.
Click Save Settings.
