Use subject masks in MP Scan

MP Scan subject masks not working as expected or emails with subject masks not landing into the correct folder.

Subject masks enable scans to be delivered to different scan destination folders when using the same email address. When using subject masks, it is essential that only the subject mask reference is used in the subject line of the email, any additional text will result in the scanned document potentially being delivered to the incorrect scan destination folder.

To set up or view the current subject masks navigate to the following page:

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top, and into MP Scan.

  2. Click into Scan Destinations and Edit the required folder.

  3. Scroll down to the Subject Mask box and enter 1 per line.

  4. Click Save Changes at the bottom to confirm any changes.
