The consumption report is displayed via a tab in each stock take, the following guide covers both Advanced Stock and Stock Controls.
Stock Controls
Activating the consumption tab in stock controls requires the stock take to be linked to a flash report, to do this follow the below steps:
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon and into Stock Controls on the left.Click into Stock Taking and open the stock take by clicking the Edit button.
From the Details tab select the relevant flash report in the drop-down box and click Update at the bottom to save the changes.
The consumption report will now appear along the tabs at the top.
📌 Note: If the user's role is set to stock entry only any user connected to that role will not see the consumption tab before or after the stock take is locked.
Advanced Stock
The consumption tab is activated automatically in advanced stock. And as long as the role is not set to stock entry only, any user with access to the stock take will see the consumption tab. To check the role permissions of a user please follow setting up soft locks article for the steps.
