If a Unit Full Stock Take was locked but one linked stock take remains open, you should check the Warnings tab for all linked stock takes. Missing cost prices, warning triangles, or other warnings can prevent the stock take from locking successfully.
You can clear the warnings and then re-run the locking process.
If only one stock take remains open while others are locked, the first troubleshooting step is to review the Warnings tab and ensure no missing cost prices or warning indicators exist across the linked stock takes.
After all warnings have been cleared, an overnight process is responsible for locking partially locked stocks.
