If you are an approver in Procure Wizard and youβre going to be away from the business for any length of time and need another colleague to receive a copy of the emails that you receive to approve/decline orders, transfers, holiday requests etc this can be done as the user, or by a super user. The holiday cover option does not transfer approval limits or add the user into the minimarkets or give the user approval limits.

You are only allowed to impersonate 1 person at any one time, otherwise the system displays a message Further Impersonation Disabled.
Holiday Cover can only be covered by one user at any time.
There is no option to cover specific sites or multiple users.
Once logged in as the user you will need to log out back in as yourself to gain access to your account.
The person chosen to cover will now receive copies of the emails you receive allowing them to approve the orders. They will also have this option in their profile to change accounts directly into your account.
As the user
In the top right, click Profile.
Click View Your Profile.
Locate the holiday cover and activate by checking the Is Active setting.
Select the Site. This is only to assist in locating the user and does not indicate the site they are covering.
Select the user. The email address will auto populate.
If you are using our TNA module and this user should not have access to sensitive information, check the Labor check box.
Click Update.
Head office
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Organisation Administration, then click Users.
Search for relevant User and click Edit.
Stay on the details tab and locate the holiday cover section.
Select the Site (This is only to aid in locating the user and does not indicate the site they are covering).
Select the user (The email address will auto populate.
If you are using our TNA module and this user should not have access to sensitive information, check the Labor check box.
Click Update.
