If you need to review which user accounts have holiday cover activated and to which user is set as covering, the steps below will guide you to the available report.
📌 Note: Holiday cover allows direct impersonation rights for the person covering to access another user's Procure Wizard account.
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Organisation Administration, then click Users.
Click the User Import Export tab.
Click Export.
Open the CSV file and locate columns M and N.
Column M: Holiday cover will be set to true or false.
Column N: Holiday cover user ID if true will display a user ID of the person set to cover.
