Manage permission to cancel orders, credits and returns

If you need to provide access to cancel orders or credits, you can do this within a few simple steps.

The ability to cancel orders, credits and returns is controlled at each mini market connection, this can be updated 1 by 1 on screen or on mass, both options are detailed below.

Update on screen per mini market connection

You can directly make the update per mini market connection:

  1. Click Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Mini Markets, then click Manage Mini Markets.

  3. Locate the mini market and click Edit to access.

  4. Click the Users tab, locate the user and click Edit to access the connection.

  5. Use the check box titled can cancel orders to add or remove the ability to cancel orders, credits and returns.

  6. Click Update User.


Update on mass via export

You can update in bulk via the export following the below steps:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Mini Markets, then click Import and Export.

  3. Use the check boxes to the include which mini markets to export.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Export Users.

  5. Open the downloaded file and update column J titled CanCancelOrders[E] to:

    • TRUE = can cancel.

    • FALSE = cannot cancel.

  6. Save the file on your device, click Select File to choose the file and click Import.
