If you are adding recipes to your stock take it is essential that all the products from the recipe are also added to the outlet that controls stock take.

Ensure the advanced stock general settings are activated to stop the auto binning of dish and recipe products.
Ensure all the products from the recipe or dish are active and not binned in the advanced stock outlet.
If you use master outlets ensure the products are in both master and site outlet.
The cost model LIST or LIST-ANY will use the cost from the price file matching the cost model in your dishes and recipes.
