Dish wastage can be manual and via your POS - point of sale system, any recipe wastage will need to be manually recorded.
There are multiple requirements for the dish and recipe to display its value correctly between the wastage monitor and advanced stock which are outlined below.
The dish and recipe must have a linked PID within the details tab.
The PID from the dish or recipe needs to be used when manually wasting via the wastage monitor.
All ingredients of the dish or recipe must be added to the local and master outlets.
All ingredients of the dish and recipe must be active in the master and local outlets.
If using master outlets in advanced stock add the dish PID to the master outlet not the local outlet.
Wastage monitor must be connected to the same flash report as the advanced stock outlet.
Wastage reason must be set to use stock cost and override monitor cost.
