Financial periods are an integral part of your Procure Wizard setup. Without the financial periods, the following advanced features on your account maybe affected:
Kitchen Stock Control.
Flash Reporting.
Dish sale imports via the Flash module.
Advanced Stock Control.
Cost Commitment.
Waste Management.
Create financial periods

Always add to the global set.
Only add additional sets if sites are using different financial periods for different sites or brands.
Do not add additional sets for each year.
Once a financial period is in use it cannot be edited, if deleted you will lose all manually entered data from the connected flash reports.
If the data tab is missing in the flash report this means there is no financial period covering the current date.
To create the financial periods, follow the steps below:
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Organisation Administration, then click Financial Period Sets.
Click the Edit on the existing global set.
Click Add Period, then enter the required details:
Financial year.
Financial period.
Start date.
End date.
First day of the week: this will impact your flash reports by starting each week on the day selected.
Click Add Period.
Ensure sites are connected to the correct set
If you have multiple brands within one account, you may have multiple financial period sets. To check that you've connected the sites to the correct set, follow the steps below:
Click the Organisation Administration tab.
Click Financial Period Sets.
Click the Edit, then click Sites.
Use the list titled add site to select the site and click Add Site.
