Within the flash report you can set a weekly budget on the details tab, this will set the same value on each week within the flashes data tab, if you need to set a variable weekly budget value per week this can be done using the flash import file.
Click the Admin Cogs along the top.
Click on Flash Reports, then click Import Sales.
Click Download to download a copy of the example file.
Update and set the following in the spreadsheet:
Column A: enter your flash report ID.
Column B enter the text 'flash'.
Column C enter the text 'budgetnetrevenue'.
Column D leave blank.
Column E enter your Budget Amount.
Column F enter the date of the 1st day of your week.
If you would like to add multiple budgets for multiple weeks and flash reports repeat steps 6 - 10.
Save the file to your device.
From the same page click Select File.
Click Import Data.
📌 Notes:
This file can be used to update all your flash reports and also update as far into the future as your financial periods exist.
The unique flash ID for column A can be found in your flash report overview page.
