Once a stock take is locked in advanced stock there is no option to unlock this stock take, this includes our support and engineering team who also cannot perform this action. You have two options available:
Report the changes internally and correct any applicable totals in the next stock take.
Create a new stock take for the same period and redo the stock take in full.
