The below will guide you through if and how to unlock a stock take in Advanced Stock and Stock Controls.
Unlocking a Stock Take in Stock Controls
📌 Note: only possible by users who are attached to the head office building
Follow the steps below to unlock your stock take button in stock controls:
Log into Procure Wizard.
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon along the top and into Stock Controls on the left.
Click into Stock Taking and locate and Edit the stock take.
From the Details tab click the Unlock Stock Take button.
Unlocking a Stock Take in Advanced Stock
📌 Note: It is not possible for a stock take in Advanced Stock to be unlocked. If a stock take has been locked and changes need to be made, then a new stock take covering the same period will need to be created.
Follow the steps below to add full stock take:
Log into Procure Wizard.
Click into the Admin Cogs
Click into Stock taking and click Add Full Stock Take.
