If a stock take in standard stock needs to be reopened to make changes to closing values or products, the below steps will guide you to the required page.
Click Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.
Locate the stock take and click Edit to access.
Remain on the details tab and click Unlock Stock Take.
📌 Notes:
The ability to unlock a stock take is only available to head office users who are attached to the red building.
We recommend that the current open stock take is deleted before actioning the below.
